This book constitutes the proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Robot Intelligence Technology and Applications (RiTA 2025), held at King’s College London, UK, from 17 to 19 December 2025.
Robotics and autonomous systems are transforming the way we live and work, driving innovation across industries and shaping the future of human–technology interaction. The integration of artificial intelligence with robotics is enabling unprecedented levels of autonomy, adaptability, and intelligence, with applications ranging from aerospace and maritime operations to healthcare, manufacturing, and social engagement.
Under the theme “From Robot Intelligence to Robot Creativity”, RiTA 2025 provided a valuable opportunity for researchers, engineers, and practitioners to share their latest findings and explore emerging trends. The conference showcased advances in machine learning, autonomous navigation, multi-robot coordination, and safe decision-making under uncertainty, alongside practical applications in healthcare, assistive technologies, and industrial automation.
